It's no surprise that February is the month of love. The kind of cheesy love of flowers, chocolates, and romantic dinners. Valentine's Day brings us a reminder that love feels great (or the absence of it feels.. well, not so great). While it's nice to celebrate the ones you love this month, we want to use this monthly mantra a little differently and less cliché. Our love mantra is individually focused. We challenge ourselves to give self love and we hope you do too. For February, we want to keep it simple and love ourselves. And see where we can go from there.
