All orders ship within 1-2 business days with USPS. If you prefer a different carrier, please immediately email us at [email protected] after placing your order. 

Order not quite working? Let us make it right! Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Online orders can also be returned to any in-store Marmalade location. 


For mailed returns: 

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping. Exchanges will ship back to you for free. 

For returns for store credit, an $8 shipping credit will be added to your total credit. Once we receive the return back, we will issue you a discount code to use online. If you'd like to use the credit in store, please notify us so we can add your store credit to your customer account. To use credit in-store, you will just need to provide us with your name. 

For refunds to the original form of payment, our flat rate shipping cost ($8) will be deducted from the refund on all orders.

Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags attached. 

Vintage designer handbags are final sale and can not be returned. 

Vintage clothing is final sale and can not be returned.
Shoes must be unworn and in their original, undamaged box.
Beauty products are final sale and can not be returned.
Jewelry is final sale and can not be returned.
Sale items purchased on sale with a markdown of 35% or greater are final sale and can not be returned.
