We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed on our website or in-store. Please make sure that your billing address matches the one attached to your credit at checkout.
All orders can be picked up at any Marmalade location for free. Please note that not all inventory is available for pickup the same day at all locations. You can view in store stock on the product page on our website. Orders placed before 4pm are available for same day if it's in stock at that location. If it is not in stock at that location, it will be available to pickup within one week of purchase in order for us to ship to that location.
Shipping within the United States:
All orders ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. Standard shipping for orders over $200 ship free within the United States via USPS. USPS priority mail express for 1-2 day delivery is $30 for any order size. Shipping via Fedex or UPS can also be selected at checkout for an additional cost. If you prefer a different carrier, please immediately email us at [email protected] after placing your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled after placed. Please note, many orders ship same day or next day.
Flat rate shipping to Canada is available for $20 via USPS.
Flat rate shipping to Europe and Australia is available for $35 via USPS.
International orders are final sale and the customer is responsible for covering any additional duties and taxes.
Unworn clothing with all original tags attached can be returned or exchanged within two weeks of purchase.
Returns and exchanges for online purchases:
Order not quite working? Let us make it right! Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange for eligible items. We will email you instructions to return. Items must be unworn with all tags attached to be eligible for return. All returns must be received within two weeks of the order date to receive a refund. Currently, we do not send prepaid shipping labels for returns and customers are responsible for return shipping. Exchanges will be shipped back to you for free. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the return.
Please note, any shipping costs paid in your order are non-refundable.
Only clothing purchased online is eligible to be returned for a refund. All accessories and beauty products are final sale and can not be returned.
In-store purchases and returns:
Unworn clothing purchased in-store at any Marmalade location can be returned within two weeks of purchase with a valid receipt and all tags attached for store credit only. All accessories, beauty products and home decor is final sale.
Please note for all purchases online and in-store:
Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.
Vintage designer handbags are final sale and can not be returned.
Vintage clothing is final sale and can not be returned.
Shoes must be unworn and in their original, undamaged box.
Beauty products are final sale and can not be returned.
Jewelry is final sale and can not be returned.
Items purchased with a markdown of 35% or greater are final sale and can not be returned.
